We monitor the weather in real time. If a game is delayed, our system updates automatically. We do not shoot in heavy rain; instead, we reschedule according to the portal’s new schedule.

How soon can families see proofs?

Images are edited and printed overnight. By 8 AM the next day, printed proofs are displayed in our tent. Parents browse and order on-site—no logins needed. Digital files are emailed within 12–16 hours if requested.

How many staff do you need on-site?

We handle 1,000+ teams regularly and adjust accordingly depending on the size of the event. We are fully self-sufficient and require zero volunteer assistance.

How does pricing & revenue sharing work?

Choose a flat-rate package or a percentage-based model—quoted upfront with no hidden fees. After the event, you get a consolidated sales report detailing orders, revenue, and your share.

What equipment do you bring?

We bring a 10×10 pop-up tent, professional lighting rigs, printers, and Canon cameras (action and portrait lenses). We carry backups of all critical gear and are fully insured.

Do you offer any add-on services?

At your request, we can produce a high-quality post-event team highlight reel (video montage) showcasing top plays and celebrations. This optional service is billed separately.
